Manual Screen
ArCh Enviro range manual bar screen is equipment of a fixed grid to be installed on a reinforced concrete channel, cleaning is performed manually with a rake to remove the waste material and place it in a container at the top end of the screen.
According to specific needs, an operator must periodically clean the deposited material using the rake.
It uses stainless steel equi-spaced flats as the screening medium. Slot opening varies from 6 mm to 100 mm
Manual Screen - Design
- Manual screens are hand cleaned screening equipment used to prevent floating wastes from traveling further in to waste water treatment plants. These are also ideal for effluent treatment plants and Sewage treatment plants. Each screen is designed specifically as per flow requirements of the customer and application. This enables a low cost screening solution.
- Each unit incorporates a set of bars equi-spaced and fabricated on SS plate.
- Solid waste higher than bar spacing width is screened and is cleaned by manual rake and is collected / dropped onto the belt conveyor / collection bin / collection tray.
- This waste can be taken to solid waste disposal.
